Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Open Field Training website or any OFT services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Open Field Training LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our training programs, content, and platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any OFT program content or materials
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce OFT's proprietary training systems
• Create derivative works based on OFT content without written permission

2. Memberships & Free Trial

OFT offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid membership. Regarding billing:

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan)
• You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — contact us at ceo@openfieldtraining.com

3. OFT Store & Products

The OFT store is powered by Shopify. Product purchases are subject to separate purchase terms presented at checkout. All sales of physical goods are final unless the item is defective or arrives damaged. Digital products (programs, guides) are non-refundable once accessed.

4. Coaching Sessions

Live coaching sessions booked via Calendly and conducted via Google Meet are subject to the following:

• Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows forfeit the session without refund
• Sessions are for the registered athlete only and may not be shared or transferred
• Recording of sessions requires written consent from OFT

5. Health & Physical Activity Disclaimer

OFT training programs involve physical exercise. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are in sufficient physical health to engage in athletic training
• You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from participation
• You will consult a licensed physician before beginning any new exercise program if you have a pre-existing medical condition
• OFT coaches are athletic trainers, not licensed medical professionals

Open Field Training LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our programs or services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the OFT platform — including but not limited to training programs, the Skill Moves System™, video content, written materials, branding, and logos — is the exclusive property of Open Field Training LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. User Content

When you submit movement footage, testimonials, or other content to OFT for coaching review, you grant Open Field Training LLC a non-exclusive license to use that content for coaching purposes and, with your permission, for promotional materials. We will never share identifiable footage publicly without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Field Training LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OFT in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the site. Continued use of OFT services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
